Online GP appointments — how it works
Booking an appointment by phone takes time — and often patience. That's why we offer our patients the option to book appointments directly online. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How online booking works
Through our booking system OneDoc, you can see all available time slots and book directly. You'll receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your appointment.
Which appointments can be booked online
First appointments for new patients, follow-ups, health checks, and lab appointments can all be booked online. For specific requests — such as an extended investigation or infusion therapy — contact us briefly via WhatsApp so we can allocate enough time.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, directly through the link in the confirmation email.
